Sabbath Services: Saturday
- 9:00 am: Morning liturgical service (Shacharit)
- ~9:30 am: Torah(Hebrew) instruction, guidance; specifically, the five books of Moses: Genesis, Exodus, Leviticus, Numbers and Deuteronomy. Often translated "law" or "Pentateuch" reading service, followed by a brief liturgical service (Mussaf)
- 11:30 am: Contemporary service
- 3:00 pm: Afternoon liturgical service (Minchah) and study session
- After dark: Evening liturgical service (Ma'ariv) and Sabbath conclusion (Havdalah). See calendar for exact times.
Weekday Prayers
People often get together daily for afternoon (Minchah) and evening prayers (Ma'ariv) on weekdays and Erev Shabbat [(Hebrew) Sabbath; the seventh day of the week, which God blessed and set apart for rest and holiness.] (Friday evening).
